Developing a design-led strategy for the 3 Digital Catapult Centres, in Bradford, Brighton and Sunderland. This project entailed developing a comprehensive design-led approach: integrating data and policy analysis, field-work, expert interviews and consultations and a visually compelling project reporting process.
Setting up the Design programme for the Knowledge Transfer Network: consultation and engagement with Innovate UK, Design Council and other partners; devising and populating a programme of work; creating a set of case-studies and resources; and establishing an expert Advisory Group.
